A Queer Night in OZ

May 1st, I had the opportunity to host GW’s Queer Prom with the Multicultural Student Services Center, and it was nothing short of magical. From creating the promotional materials to booking performers, I got to bring the full vision to life—and of course, I had to bring my drag sister TrevHER along for the ride.

The theme was A Queer Night in Oz, and the room was packed with energy, glitter, and community. It was the kind of night where everyone felt welcome and seen. I’m proud to have helped shape it from start to stage, and even more proud to see how much joy it brought to our campus.
