Pearls are a Girls Bestfriend

For final addition to my showcase, I wanted to close with something that felt opulent, confident, and a little indulgent. This look drew inspiration from classic burlesque and old-Hollywood glamour — rich velvet, dripping pearls, and a silhouette that demanded attention. Breaking the internet like Kim K.

The hair? Borrowed from my mom, Crimsyn. The towering, pearl-studded updo added just the right touch of drag elegance, and felt like a full-circle moment of family and detailed power. Every detail was intentional: the sculpted pearl harness, the sleek glove, the drama in the eye. I wasn’t just wearing a look — I was channeling decades of performance, beauty, and drag history, in my own voice.

Performing in this was pure joy. It reminded me how far I’ve come — and how much more I’m ready to do.
